Paneer Pepper Fry
This is a Jain recipe but you can easily add onions and garlic. Enjoy with naan, roti or paratha.

- 6 oz paneer cubed
- 1 cup bell peppers red or green, chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp pepper
- salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, mix together paneer, black pepper, salt and corn flour.
Heat a pan with oil.
Once oil is ready, add in bell peppers and then add in paneer.
Add in soy sauce. Mix well.
Pan fry until paneer is golden brown on all sides.
Enjoy with roti, naan or paratha.
