Paneer Pepper Fry

This is a Jain recipe but you can easily add onions and garlic. Enjoy with naan, roti or paratha.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz paneer cubed
  • 1 cup bell peppers red or green, chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together paneer, black pepper, salt and corn flour.
  • Heat a pan with oil.
  • Once oil is ready, add in bell peppers and then add in paneer.
  • Add in soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Pan fry until paneer is golden brown on all sides.
  • Enjoy with roti, naan or paratha.
