Jalapeño Popper Dip

This is a warm, comforting dip you can make for the holiday season. It is full of flavor and great to have with tortilla chips, crackers or baguettes. It is also Jain friendly.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 jalapeños diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend shredded
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, Mexican cheese, jalapeños and seasoning.
  • Spread in a baking dish and add panko bread crumbs.
  • Garnish with remaining jalapeños.
  • Bake and broil in oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly golden brown.

Notes

For Jain seasoning, just add cumin powder and red chili powder.
