Vegan Berry Lemon Cheesecake

I love eggless desserts. When I saw Trader Joe's carry dairy free cheesecake, I had to try it. I garnished it with mixed berries and Meyer lemon. It turned out delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Trader Joe's "Cheese-less" Cheesecake
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tsp Meyer lemon grated

Instructions

  • Thaw cheesecake according to package.
  • Garnish with mixed berries and grated Meyer lemon.
  • Serve and enjoy!
