
Paneer Pepper Fry
This is a Jain recipe but you can easily add onions and garlic. Enjoy with naan, roti or paratha.
Ingredients
- 6 oz paneer cubed
- 1 cup bell peppers red or green, chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix together paneer, black pepper, salt and corn flour.
- Heat a pan with oil.
- Once oil is ready, add in bell peppers and then add in paneer.
- Add in soy sauce. Mix well.
- Pan fry until paneer is golden brown on all sides.
- Enjoy with roti, naan or paratha.
