Pan Fried Garlic Pepper Tofu
Tofu does not have to be bland. Here is a quick and flavorful tofu recipe using simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 10 oz tofu extra firm
- 2 tbsp garlic oil
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp pink salt
Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat up garlic oil. Alternatively, you can use fresh garlic and oil.
- Add in cubes of tofu, pink salt, black pepper and sriracha sauce. Mix well.
- Continue sauteing tofu until it is well coated on all sides.
- Tofu should be golden brown.
- Turn off heat and serve with rice, steamed veggies or enjoy by itself.
