Macaroni with Spicy Cheese Sauce
This sauce is so spicy and delicious. It goes so well with macaroni and makes for a great comfort dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni cooked
- 1/2 cup habanero cheese grated
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese grated
- 1 1/4 cup milk whole
- 1/4 cup serrano peppers sliced
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter unsalted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.
- Add in flour and keep stirring.
- Add in milk. Keep stirring for few minutes until it thickens.
- Add in the grated cheese and mix well.
- Add in all the spices as mentioned along with serrano peppers. Mix well.
- Add in the macaroni. Mix well.
- Enjoy!
