Jalapeño Popper Quesadillas with Spicy Ranch Sauce
This is a delicious Jain friendly dish full of flavor with a fun twist.
Ingredients
Spicy Ranch Sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt to taste
Jalapeno Popper Quesadillas
- 1 packet flour tortillas
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 2-3 jalapeños diced
- 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
Instructions
Spicy Ranch Sauce
- In a bowl, mix ranch mix, salt and sour cream.
Jalapeno Popper Quesadillas
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Mexican blend cheese, and jalapeños.
- Heat flour tortillas on pan with olive oil.
- Spread a little bit of cream cheese mixture on the tortillas.
- Sprinkle panko bread crumbs and taco seasoning.
- Fold tortilla in half and cook until cheese has melted.
- Quesadilla should be golden brown on both sides.
- Turn off heat.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut quesadilla in triangles.
- Serve with spicy ranch sauce.
