Eggless Brownies

This recipe is so easy to make and only a few ingredients needed. I used store bought brownie mix and added in some festive sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Ghirardelli Brownie Mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt plain
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk yogurt, oil and water together.
  • In another bowl, pour brownie mix.
  • Pour wet ingredients to the brownie mix. Stir well.
  • Fold in walnuts and sprinkles.
  • Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Slice into square or rectangular pieces.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

I used Ghirardelli brownie mix from Costco but can be found at most supermarkets or Target.
